Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived — warm, helpful, and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything working perfectly. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough every day. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in 15 minutes walking distance from old city central square, restaurant in the hotel is great for a dinner. Breakfast was also reach and tasty. And the most impressive moment is hand-written message with welcoming words and notification about bottle of wine as a gift. The room was beautiful and clean with all required facilities. It's a high level of hospitality, so I'm thinking about new reason for travalling to Poznan just to have such great experience one more time.

We got two rooms and they made sure they were next to each other, they have gifts to our kids, they arranged taxis to and from the airport and train station, and they helped me arrange late check out as well. It was the easiest part of our trip. The rooms were excellent, with air conditioning on very hot days. Beds very comfortable and showers with good water pressure. The restaurant is excellent and they do room service so we could stay comfortable in our room. Really we felt like royalty the whole time. Thank you!
